The fracas between Embu Senator Lenny Kivuti and Cecily Mbarire witnessed in Karurumo almost two weeks ago, has worked out in favor of the incumbent, Governor Martin Wambora when the officials of Embu County Artists Group, who had initially approached the warring leaders to assist them procure instruments for their music production studio, came to their senses at last and paid a courtesy call to their Governor. His Excellency, after listening to their woes said that he supports the established of their studio in Karurumo, and that in addition, on 1st October 2016, he (Governor) will also be launching such a studio at the state - of - the - art Embu Talent Academy, fully funded by his government, so that the youth will not have to turn to war mongers in the name of leaders again. Congratulations are in order, CIIKO!

On Tuesday, 27th September 2016, Embu Governor Martin Wambora visited Karii village, Mavuria Ward of Mbeere South Sub-County, where he attended the burial of the late Peter Mundigi Murathi. Late Mundigi was a police officer and a businessman in Kiritiri and Machang'a townships. May the Lord rest his soul in eternal peace.

MEET CECICY MBARIRE's ALLEGED NEW 'CATCH', BUT KITHINJI KIRAGU FEARS HE MIGHT END UP AS DISGRACED AS LENNY KIVUTI WAS

Sources close to Embu County gubernatorial aspirants Kithinji Kiragu and Cecily Mbarire have revealed that the latter is 'courting' the former to become her running mate in 2017 elections.

It is alleged that in near tears, Cecily on Sunday apologized for the other week's spat with Senator Lenny Kivuti, purporting to have been visited by the devil.

What has caused even more outrage among voters, is Cecily's insinuation that she could run for Embu Governor seat with KK as her running mate. This was not taken kindly by KK's supporters, who considered it an insult for a relatively young woman (Cess) to even think of bossing around a political grandfather, who has sought political power since 1970s, all in vain.

Residents of Kanginga village in Runyenjes, Embu County and worshippers at East Africa Pentecostal Church (E.A.P.C) are a happy people following Governor Martin Wambora's visit. His Excellency, accompanied by first Lady Theressia Wambora, other leaders and his media team, graced the event and helped raise approximately 1.4 Million Kenya shillings. According to reliable sources part of the money will be used to complete some projects, which initially were under CDF, but stalled due to misappropriation of funds by the sitting Runyenjes MP, Cecily Mbarire.
The occasion was marked by an overwhelming air of tranquility and joy, in contrast to what was witnessed in Kevote, at NICA church where Cecily was heckled down by a contemptuous mob.

News reaching is that Embu County Governor, Martin Wambora on Saturday, 17th September, 2016 spent the better part of the day visiting Kimbu village in Runyenjes. Here, H.E donated several bags of cement and wooden doors to two families whose houses had accidentally been burnt down. Governor Wambora, accompanied by First Lady Theressia and hundreds of supporters, also gave the victims; Mzee Aaron and his neighbor cash money to facilitate rebuilding of their houses. This wonderful deed has greatly increased the incumbent's popularity in the area.

Meanwhile, Runyenjes MP Hon. Cecily Mbarire has been reported to not only be after Governor Wambora's job, but to be interested in Nyeri County as well. How true these allegations are will be known with time.

inception capital of Khs. 9 million for phase I. This year, the amount was 

increased to Ksh. 10 million of which Governor Wambora issued cheques to successful applicants. The fund targets young people within the age bracket of 18 to 35 years, who form the largest segment of our 

population. The Fund’s purpose is to 

create employment for the youth of Embu and provide them with capital for business startup and growth.

RUNYENJES MP HON. CECILY MBARIRE RUMOURED TO BE INDIRECTLY AIDING 'ALI SABAB'!

Runyenjes Constituency's Member of Parliament, Hon. Cecily Mbarire, who has expressed an interest in the Gubernatorial race for Embu County come 2017, earlier in the week graced a fundraiser at Dallas Mosque, where she donated 'big money'. The legislator, who is said to be challenging the incumbent, His Excellency Governor Martin Wambora, was hosted at the Mosque by Kirimari MCA, Hon. Ibrahim Swaleh.

While almost all agree that giving large donations is not wrong, some people are said to be spreading the rumour that such monies normally find a way to get to some outlawed organizations, and so allege that the Honourable Member could be involved in funding such. Too bad for Cess.

RUMOURS ABOUT LENNY KIVUTI AND CECILY MBARIRE 'MARRIAGE', POLITICALLY!

The grapevine has it that the incumbent Governor of Embu County, His Excellency Martin Wambora faces possible opposition from a 'political affair' between Embu Senator Lenny Kivuti and Runyenjes MP Cecily Mbarire, as Governor and Deputy Governor respectively, come 2017.

The political elite in the County have however dismissed the allegations as 'a lot of hot air' (sic). What the pair and their sorry supporters should know is that the MOU between the two would not be much different from the kind of  agreement depicted in the photo above.

On the other hand, Governor Wambora is a principled leader who works with ' STRATEGY, SYSTEMS and STRUCTURES, and is bound to win the 2017 Gubernatorial race for Embu County!
