When on Friday 6th October 2017, ‘peaceful’
demonstrators allied to the major political opposition outfit in Kenya, the
National Super Alliance (NASA), vandalized and looted Tumaini Supermarket in Kisumu, all people of goodwill were
horrified.

SHATTERED! – But All Hope was Not Lost…

…at least for those who had taken up insurance for their business ventures.
There was nothing much all the good people could do to compensate
the loss, other than empathize with the victims and maybe ‘think of all those
other businesses vandalized and looted in Nairobi and other towns’.

Only insurance could help the unfortunate business people
who had invested their money in the various ventures. Like in the parable of
the ten virgins, only those who were ready were in luck.
