MAY THE BEST MAN WIN For The Prosperity of Posterity!

President Kenyatta (right) and opposition leader Raila Odinga; from their respective expressions, it's clear who is confident and who is worried

Lest we be deceived, let it be known that the outcome of this year's general election is of great interest not only to Kenya but to the world as whole, and to the powers that be. World leaders have keenly monitored how the government has been ran for the past four and a half years, and if you consider the fact that devolution has literally worked and most development pledges achieved, you will agree with me that the government's scorecard under president Uhuru and his able governors is looking good.

One of the able governors who have been noted for their examplary performance is Embu's Martin Wambora. In spite of the numerous challenges that he has had to counter, the man has conquered and proved himself to be an able and visionary leader who cares for the posterity of Embu County and Kenya at large.

Among his 500 plus projects, one that has clearly stood out is the Early Childhood Development and Education program. Having foreseen the future of the county, governor Wambora has invested in the brains of our young ones by establishing modern classrooms for nursery school children all over the county, employed qualified teachers for them (on permanent and pensionable basis) and rolled out a free school milk program, to ensure that the future is secured.

This noble move would certainly not have been successful without the input of the Minister of Education in the county government, one Dr. Jamleck Muturi.

All those who have the country's best interest at heart will concur that the both President Kenyatta and Governor Wambora deserve a second term in office.
